In this 2 1/2 hour introductory workshop, we will explore the intersection of yoga and body acceptance through discussion and writing, and then put these tools into play in a 60 minute body-loving gentle yoga practice that any BODY can do. Open to yoga practitioners at all levels of experience - including those who have never practiced yoga before. Come join us and learn how you can introduce more self-compassion, self-love, self-care and body acceptance in your yoga practice - and your life. Please wear comfy clothes that you can move and breathe easily in and bring something to write with and on.
