*Class Space at Yatra Yoga is limited to a maximum of 8 students. Drop-ins will be subject to availability. Pre-registration is highly encouraged.
**Class Bundles purchased for the next Sunday and Wednesday series' in New West can be used across both days!

Metered Street Parking and lot parking nearby and metered parking is free on Sundays until noon. Entrance is up the stairs and down the hall to suite 202.

NOTE: Since this studio is located in a historic building in New Westminster, there is no elevator available so the studio is only accessible via stairs.

Entrance is behind the building where there is a couple of parking spots available. There is also nearby street parking.

NOTE: There are a few steps to get down to the studio entrance. Also, the bathroom here has a vary narrow entry which may make it inaccessible for some.

Body Positivity Yoga™ Class Description and Rates

Body Positivity Yoga™ is Gentle Hatha Yoga that is suitable for all levels but designed to be especially suitable for people of size, beginners, and those who are looking for a gentle, body-positive yoga experience in a safe and judgement-free atmosphere.  Mats and Props are provided. Just bring yourself and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you freedom of movement! (Sweats or Shorts and Tee Shirts work great!). You may want to also bring a water bottle or handy-dandy sweat towel. 

Drop-In - $18.00/class
6 Class Bundle - $90.00 ($15.00/class)
        7, 8, or 9 Class Bundle - Add $15.00 per class added
10 Class Bundle - $135.00 ($13.50/class)
11 Class Bundle - Add $13.50
12 Class Bundle - $144.00 ($12.00/class)

Which Session and Location?
If you'd rather not pay via paypal, you are welcome to bring cash or cheque to the first day of class but please make sure you send me an email with your information and the number of classes you would like to register for so that I can reserve your spot in the class!

IMPORTANT:
Class bundles may be used any time within the current session only.
Classes are non-refundable/non-cancelable.
Class begins promptly. Please arrive early to set up. At some locations, it is necessary for me to lock the door once class begins so latecomers may not be admitted.
Please check with your Doctor before beginning Yoga or any movement-based activity.
