What is the pose library?

When I first developed Body Positivity Yoga™, I wanted to bring a new approach to the vast Yoga community; an approach that would make the practice accessible to the most people possible.

The idea for the pose library came about as a way that I could freely share my take on the practice and my approach to the poses, developed over many years of practicing, teaching and training yoga teachers. 

In each section of the library, you will find pictures and video clips of a variety of poses along with simple instructions to help you find the way to practice each that most suits your body! Some of the poses will be traditional and some will feel new and different.
