Savasana - Basic Relaxation Pose

The most important quality in Savasana is comfort.
Ideally, you want to find a comfortable way to lie on your back on the floor, with a little space between your legs and your arms a bit away from your body.
I achieve this, in my body, by tucking a bolster under the backs of my knees to make my lower back more comfortable, and tucking a partially rolled blanket behind my neck to support my head.
I gently tuck my shoulder blades more underneath my upper back and then sink heavily into the floor beneath
